6. Game Items and Purchases

The Service may offer various in-game items, boosts, and power-ups ("Game Items"). These items are provided for your personal use to enhance your gaming experience. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are consumed upon use or access. We reserve the right to update, manage, or remove Game Items from the game at our discretion to maintain the balance and quality of the Service.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unused Virtual Items, and no refunds will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
