1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TwinBeat Paws ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
  • Impersonating the Company or its employees.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
  • Exploiting bugs or errors for personal gain.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to game software, graphics, characters, music, sound effects, and text, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

6. Game Items and Purchases

The Service may offer various in-game items, boosts, and power-ups ("Game Items"). These items are provided for your personal use to enhance your gaming experience. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are consumed upon use or access. We reserve the right to update, manage, or remove Game Items from the game at our discretion to maintain the balance and quality of the Service.

7. Promotional Codes & Coupons

From time to time, the Company may issue promotional codes or coupons (e.g., the "WELCOME99" new-player coupon) that grant a discount on eligible purchases of Game Items. Use of any such code is subject to the following terms:

  • Discount value. The "WELCOME99" coupon entitles the eligible user to a fixed discount of USD $0.01 off a single qualifying order at checkout. The discount value is nominal and is intended for promotional and verification purposes; it does not represent the value of the underlying Game Items.
  • Single use per user. Each promotional code may be redeemed only once per user account and only once per qualifying order. Repeated or automated attempts to redeem the same code on the same account or on multiple accounts controlled by the same user are prohibited.
  • Non-stackable. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, bundle offer, or campaign. Only one (1) promotional code may be applied to a given order.
  • No cash value. Promotional codes have no independent cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold, traded, or gifted.
  • Eligibility & expiry. Codes may be limited to specific products, regions, payment methods, or time windows, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. Orders that have already been completed are not eligible for retroactive application of a code.
  • Abuse and revocation. The Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse, void, or reverse any redemption that it reasonably believes involves fraud, error, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms, and may suspend the associated account.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unused Virtual Items, and no refunds will be provided.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of the Company's principal place of business.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
